Forehead (indigo)
Throat (Blue)
Heart (Green)
Solar plexus (Yellow)
Sacral (Orange)

Just received the above Chakra Clearing CD tried the morning meditation I felt wonderful quite light inside and very uplifted thank you. I will definately use this again and again I can't believe the feeling.

I found this CD a bit strange. It's called 'Chakra Clearing' but there is rather a lot of reference to God and angels, and not that much on chakras (or at least to chakras as I have always understood them to be). This mixture may be very appealing to some people, but if like me you are interested in eastern philiosophies, this CD may not be for you.

Chakra Clearing is one of the best CDs I've ever bought. The meditations/visualisations on it are extremely relaxing, peaceful and positive. I found it a real help, as many books on Chakra Cleansing are complicated and difficult, and I wanted something easy and simple that I could do straight away. This CD works on many levels. I found I felt much better in every way even after the first time I used it, and it is bound to have a positive effect on your life.
