This book is along those lines. It is a very easy to read book, set out in nine chapters which cover subjects from stress to addiction to love. Each chapter covers a different element of improving the way you see your life, changing your attitudes and the way you think about situations or yourself, and how this will ultimately bring you the life you hope to have. It's not an intense book which delves deeply into the whys and wherefores of the law of attraction, it simply gives you a nudge in the right direction by offering pointers into the way you think. Ultimately this book is about balancing your life by changing your attitude to it and I think it does a pretty good job in a simple and enlightening way.
