The first thing that struck me about this CD is Jacky Newcomb’s warm and friendly voice, which carries you through in a very happy and light ambience. The other thing I really liked was the many opportunities to pause the CD and consider thoughts or ideas put forward throughout. It is a well set out CD which guides you through the basics of angels and how they interact with us on a daily basis, it also has a guide to four main archangels Michael, Gabriel, Ariel and Rafael, their attributes and how they can help us. The meditations and exercises are easy to follow and fairly short, so ideal to fit into your day when you haven’t a lot of time to spare or just on a day to day basis. I found them useful to reconnect with life after a busy day. The CD can be listened to alone or in a group and either way there is a lot of inspiration that can be found. There is a little bit of information about angels in the cover of the CD and a brief outline of her other works, should you wish to buy them.
