"This is a stretchy elasticated bracelet. There are five smooth chevron (also called banded) amethyst lozenges. Inbetween each are strung chains (not sterling silver), small silver stars and small smooth purple amethyst chips. There are also five facetted purple glass beads inbetween the chevron amethyst.

This is a lovely bracelet in a kind of “hippy / gypsy” style for those who like things that sparkle and dangle. An interesting and unusual crystal bracelet." - Brett

Amethyst (53) - Spiritual, calming
The wonderfully coloured amethyst, with its variety of shades of purple reminds us of the spiritual thread that runs through our life and can be used as a tool to aid spiritual awakening and intuition. Amethyst can bring a calming influence and therefore be of great help in times of change. It's excellent to hold or have by you when you're practicing meditation and when placed in a room it can help absorb negativity. Placed under the pillow it may help you sleep better.

Star (16) - Miracles, prophecy, hope
When many of us in the west think of the star as a symbol the first one that comes to mind is the star that announced to the wise men the birth of Jesus Christ. As such we connect the star with hope and prophecy and we begin its association through countless civilisations with mysticism, cosmic forces and universal mystery. The Mayans and Egyptians are known to have mirrored star constellations in the arrangement of their pyramids and some Native American tribes see the stars as the souls of their ancestors watching over them.

The star is a symbol of something much greater than ourselves because it has a connection with the very foundation of life, with the very beginnings of the universe, and how creation actually started. The mystery lies in how light came from darkness. In many traditions there was a blackness, a void, and from this void creation sprang. Stars and suns are widely seen to be part of this moment. The star signals a belief in the ability of something to come from nothing - a belief in miracles. A star is like saying 'yes' to life. It is like a positive affirmation, saying that you are always open to the unexpected.

Beautiful bracelet! I've bought it for my Mum but think I'm gonna have to order one of my own. Super fast delivery too, very impressed.

This bracelet is so beautiful. I love the rich purple colour and how the little stars and chips jingle when you move. The main pieces of amethyst are really smooth and tactile, feels lovely on the wrist. Has a really unique charm to it, a complete joy to wear. I love it!
