I have been a student of astrology for over 20 years now. Although primarily self-taught, I have gained a diploma in astrological studies from The White Eagle School of Astrology. I have been a professional astrologer, practicing and teaching, for 14 of these years. I used to run a busy practice in Newcastle upon Tyne. "Haway the Lads!"

Seven years ago I set up a business making and selling flower remedies, Aquarius Flower Remedies. This had the effect of changing the way I worked as an astrologer. I became less and less involved with individuals and groups and more focussed on researching the astrological aspects of plants. After a few years of this type of work the conventional astrologer within started kicking up a fuss, wanting to know why I was no longer practicing astrology with people. To this I had no answer, save to say, I was only walking my path, living my truth. This did not satisfy my inner conventional astrologer who wanted to get me back to reading and writing the charts of individuals. He had to suffer while I continued with what I considered more important work. There are plenty of astrologers around, I reasoned, I've been doing it long enough, let others have a go.

Anyway, one can live in the wilderness for so long before the need for human company becomes compelling. So I'm back working with people. Now my clients are often younger than me, a sure sign that I'm older and hopefully wiser. I haven't really had any time away from the "human condition", my work with flower remedies has kept me in close contact, but I have experienced it from different angles and disciplines. I haven't lost my youthful enthusiasm for the subject, it still is an inspirational discipline I feel honoured to be a student of. However, I have gained a much greater degree of insight into what life means for humans though my work and study in the field of complementary medicine.

Full natal horoscope interpretation Cost £80
This is a ten A4 page written report on your horoscope. For many getting a written interpretation of their horoscope is the first serious step in learning how astrology influences character and destiny. Yet for many this first step is disappointing because many of these reports on the market are simply words churned out by computers. With this type of interpretation quality comes with a price because it takes time. I study and meditate upon the chart over several days. Horoscope interpretation is akin to painting a picture, the different astrological energies shown in the chart have to be weighed up and blended together in order to produce an accurate picture. I look at the spiritual purpose of the soul, karmic influences as well as character and destiny. I do quite a lot of these readings for newborns.

Karmic Reading Cost £40
In this reading I focus on the karmic influences in the horoscope. There are many types of karma carried through from previous lives that inform and influence our present incarnation. I can't say specifically what you were in a particular incarnation, but I can show you what aspects of that life have been carried forward into the present and why. Some karma is very deeply buried in ancient lives whilst other, which may be troublesome, is short lived. Karma does not solely reside in the past; there are channels in front of us along which the past will flow into our future lives. Karma is a fascinating and thought-provoking subject and my hope to be able to convey at least some of this through the reading.

Guidance Cost £35
One of the benefits astrology offers is a higher perspective on life. This can be very useful when we need to step back, take stock, reach and impasse or crossroads, see no light at the end of the tunnel. It's another set of eyes on the subject, ones that are not emotionally caught up in the situation and are therefore objective. Many of my guidance readings are conducted for people in crisis; it seems knife-edge times are appropriate times to consult astrologers.

Meetings

Consultations Cost £25
Meeting up for a consultation is a very different type of experience. In written readings I am basically talking to you, yet if we meet face to face you can talk to me. With meetings you can ask specific questions that arise during the consultation, steer me in certain directions that are of prime interest to you. When two people meet a third quality emerges, the relationship, and this has a magic of its own which I consciously allow to influence the consultation. I currently reside in South Devon.

Teaching

Workshops
I have a lot of experience teaching astrology from beginners to advanced level. I occasionally run day or whole weekend workshops in different parts of the country and abroad. At present I'm running workshops entitled "The Astrology of Change". This is a weekend workshop that looks at recent astrological alignments and ones over the years to come. We live in a world of accelerating change and transformation. "The Astrology of Change" offers its higher perspective on these turbulent times.
