It is traditional to wrap up tarot or divination cards in cloths or bags to protect them both from dirt and energetically. The cards represent an extension of us because they reflect what is happening in our inner and outer life. It is therefore appropriate that we should care for them.


Some people use two cloths, one to read from and the other to wrap their remaining cards, while others use just one cloth or use a cloth and a bag. Go with what you feel!
