I have just received my latest order and I'm delighted with it! I ordered a silver ellipse-moon pendant on Thursday and to my surprise it arrived on Saturday! And it's beautiful! It's sterling silver, made by Peter Stone and the quality is outstanding - I have to say, the quality is even better than I expected.

You know what it's like when you order something, usually it takes ages to arrive. I am quite impatient, so I was really pleased with the excellent service I have received again from Holisticshop.

I have ordered twice from you and have been impressed with the first class service on both occasions. In particular, I received a phone call on my second order telling me an item I had ordered was out of stock. I was impressed to get a personal telephone call apologising for the delay and a date when the stock should be coming back in. This was quoted as in a weeks time. This was fine as I was grateful to get a phone call. Three days later, I received another telephone call telling me the item was in stock and will be delivered the next day.Which it duly was.

The incredible thing about it is that I live in Italy! Three days, really extrordinary. The cd arrived in perfect condition and at last I can relax with this wonderful music. Thanks once again.

I am not really sending a review of the products received..... but just to register my amazement.......

It's the afternoon of 1 April. My cat knocked two CDs onto the floor - I use these for my Reiki treatments... needless to say the CDs were damaged! Cat in dog house! I walked to my computer to find replacements as I've had these for quite a while and am happy using them... I found the Holisticshop... at around 16.20 I placed my order.....

I just wanted to write to tell you how pleased I am with both the quality of goods and quality of service I have received from you both recently, and over the past few years.

I've made a few orders recently, and every one has been handled amazingly quickly. The goods always arrive well packaged, and I get so excited about opening yet another parcel of your delightful products! One thing I love (as silly as it may sound) is the delicious smell of candles and incense that comes from inside when I open the parcel - I guess incense you've been using in your shop? It's just a gorgeous smell and I actually think it adds an element of personality to your products. It makes opening them a real treat.

The quality of the products is excellent and I just love the choice of Tarot accessories in particular: the silk bags are unbeatable in terms of value, quality and style.

My Sister introduced me to this website last year, and I placed my first order with Holistic Shop about half way through last year, when I brought some 'Messages from your Angels' Cards and a few Crystal bracelets. I have placed many orders since then building up my collection of jewellery, Crystals, a CD, and I have recently started an Aromatherapy massage course, so I have now started on the oils as well. I have to say, each time I come on the site I cant help but buy something new, and I have always been so excited when my 'Parcel' arrives. They arrive so fast, its brilliant.

My cards are just wonderful, and they are so true to what is happening with my life at the moment. and I wear my bracelets EVERY day. In fact I feel lost without them, I now have a selection of Crystal tumble stones at home - around my house, and I also have a huge selection around my desk at work. And a couple in my purse so that they are always with me. I have passed this address on to most of my friends and nearly all that have the address have been on a brought something as well. I am so pleased my sister found this website - she also has the same things as me, I think we are just short of addicted, and we look forward to an exciting future with all your new products. I recived my amethyst pendant cross and silver snake chain this morning wednesday, I only ordered it on monday night, that's great service - thanks. The cross workmanship is perfect, It must be more than just jewellery, it must feel right and have some spiritual feeling , this cross has it all. I have bought two goddess pendants, the large goddess holding a large moonstone and a small goddess holding a large moonstone. I liked them so much that I boght two small goddesses holding the small moonstone for my daughters. Quality is excellent, the design is fluid and pleasing to the eye and the service from the shop is absolutely the best I have yet come across on line. An all round vote of confidence!

I purchased the 'Chunky Chakra Bracelet' & Silver 'Bear Claw Charm'. My order must have been processed instantly as it came in the post the following morning in a discreet jiffy bag.

Both products were exactly as described. The bracelet was considerably cheaper than those advertised elsewhere on the net & I hadn't seen the Bear Claw Charm elsewhere therefore making it seemingly more exclusive. Both products were extremely good value therefore leaving me in a position to purchase more delights! I will definitely use The Holistic Shop for future purchases & recommend it to my friends as I don't believe there is a link to send the page to a friend from the site, which of course would be a useful & profitable tool!
