This organisation is one of the main UK regulatory bodies controlling the practice of acupuncture in the UK. They have over 2400 qualified acupuncturists and their online search facility makes finding someone even easier.
Although American-based, this is a useful resource for information about acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). The site regularly features inspiring stories of people who've been helped by acupuncture, home remedy tips and an 'Ask the Doctor' section where acupuncture and health queries are answered.
The website of this US journal will be of particular use to holistic health or medical practitioners, as it contains a constantly updated guide to the latest breaking news and articles relating to acupuncture. Most of the articles can be read freely online, without need to subscribe to the journal.
If you're keen to find out exactly where the acupuncture points are and how they were discovered in the first place, this site is well worth a visit. Look under the 'Resources' section and click on 'ACP Points' and you'll find a useful guide to the finer points of acupuncture.
