This cd contains two meditations, both just under 20 minutes long. The first is preceded by over two minutes of music, which I think is mainly a sitar, and as there is no speaking up until the end of this music, I was at first a little disconcerted that the whole cd was instrumental. Two minutes can seem a long time when you are waiting for a voice – so be prepared for this! I found myself becoming a little tense, which is obviously not the point of the cd! However, Martin begins the first ‘You are a healer’ meditation by asking you to relax, he then repeats a number of times ‘can you be more relaxed’.
