Mind, Body, Spirit Workbook
Review (last 5 for this product, read more)

By Vernon Marshall View ProfileThere are many books on the market that deal with the relationship between the mind and the body. What makes this contribution a little different is that it is genuinely a practical workbook rather than a textbook. It is filled with exercises to complete and suggested affirmations, meditations etc. Theory is reduced to a minimum and the few technical phrases used are fully explained. The primary aim of the book is to enable the reader to discover the inner healer who is there within all of us and has tremendous power if only we can find the means to unlock its potential. Several areas are covered, including colour therapy, sound therapy and work with the Chakras.
This contribution to the popular subject of self-therapy is readable by anyone. Its 170 pages in large print means it can be read easily and quickly, although its effectiveness lies in its being used as a source of practical exercises. In that regard it is a very useful means of human self-growth.
