These incense sticks aim to help us towards a state of enlightenment, during meditation, but they also provide a rather lovely background to everyday life. The smell is strong, but clean and fresh, - quite invigorating in many ways, and therefore a useful background to many of the daily everyday tasks that we need to do around the house. I found them particularly good as a background when I wanted to set aside time to work creatively, - and they have none of the side effects of caffeine!

Perhaps the stated intention of the producers (Aargee) to encourage enlightenment could be broadened into allowing people to know that enlightenment is also sometimes about unlocking the creative corners of the mind, for those days when we need to think laterally, and in an original way.
