I don't know why I get so surprised when I listen to an album like this and say, 'You know it does remind you of a trip Across the Universe.' I mean that's what they called it! I don't really claim to know what a trip across the universe would be like, but it would probably be an epic journey, with many moods as we passed through different universes and passed vast energies of consciousness. This album evokes a sense of wonder and something greater.

It is relaxing, but does also demand to be listened to properly to fully appreciate it. It has a wonderful haunting quality caused by the bass and depth of the very accomplished flute playing and also the wonderful female vocals (Juliana) which are prevalent throughout the album. A consistent best seller for New World Music since its release and will I expect continue to do well for some time.
