A gentle, slow meditation this one. If you like your guided meditations to be of a slower pace, more relaxing and softer then you will love this CD. If you find you have difficulty with the more usual types of meditation, especially if your mind wanders too much or you lose concentration easily then do try guided meditations such as this one. Guided meditations by their very nature keep your mind focused as you work through them, they give you something to concentrate on and this is really a very special meditation. I found the places and scenes created by this meditation to be wonderful, with rich colours, clear images and vibrant sounds. Everyone's experiences will be different, but I highly recommend this CD as it was such a beautiful meditation to work through on so many levels.

I won't give away too much more about what is on this CD as I do not wish to spoil it for you, but let's just say that you will be able to tell a lot about yourself based on the three gifts. These gifts may well go with you in the mundane world as well as in the more spiritual realms, mine certainly have!

This CD does take a little bit of getting used to at first, the author's voice and the stereo number count down at the very start can be a bit distracting to begin with, do persevere and from the second time onwards of working with this meditation you will be used to it and it'll work beautifully.
