CD: Relax with Nature Vol. 1 (3 CD set) - Dolphins, Rainforest, Stream
Review (last 5 for this product, read more)

By Oli Fordham View ProfileCD 1: Mountain Stream
For best results have a pee before listening to the 58 minutes of bubbling mountain stream! The sound of trickling water washes over the busiest mind, making this CD perfect for meditation. The ambient birdsong and wildlife took me straight to a deserted mountainside.
CD 2: Dolphins and Whales
The gentle rise of bubbles takes you down to a divers perspective of these amazing creatures. The constant bubbles create a relaxing base from which mesmerising whale song and curious dolphins flow from the depths. The whole mix creates a 'floating' atmosphere and evokes the vastness of the oceans.
CD 3: Rainforest
A rumble of thunder introduces the gentle tinkle of a stirring rainforest. A unique chorus of frogs makes way for exotic birdsong as occasional thunder wakes a sleeping monkey. Creates a lovely Amazon atmosphere.

By Brett Almond View ProfileCD 1: Mountain Stream
A running stream with occasional bird sounds in the background. Ideal for meditation as the sound is constant throughout.
CD 2: Dolphins and Whales
There are quieter times where the dolphin and whale noises are more distant, and there are other periods where there is much more activity. This is probably a good thing as it makes the whole experience much more realistic. Anyone who loves the chirping noises of dolphins and the haunting echoing cries of whales may find this a soothing and emotive recording. It may be used for background sound as you doze, or while meditating, or some may find children are soothed at bedtime.
CD 3: Rainforest
The sounds of the birds, insects and the general 'hum' of the forest lead to a recording that is quite mild and gentle. The pace and noise levels do not change that much. Occasionally you get the odd cry of a monkey or even at one point some native tribes people in the background.
