This is a lovely CD to have playing while practicing Indian Head Massage. It relaxes both the person giving and receiving the massage with its gentle haunting harmony before going on to unwind and calm you with its placid flow of music. The slow melodies guide you along gently and help you to unwind and loosen up as you progress through the massage. The CD also comes with a mini guide to Indian Head Massage including a description of the muscles you are massaging and a brief description of how to perform a massage, with photographs along side to guide you.

Excellent CD for my Reiki practice. I tried it on myself and found myself floating down a quiet green river in a little sampan boat surrounded by tall green reeds, a mellow yellow chinese sun and a soothing gentle warmth as I drifted off.
