James Harry is using various instruments like the piano, clarinet, flute and harp and there are ten tracks. You can hear the occasional dolphin sounds. I have tried this CD for the case studies I am completing for an Indian Head Massage course. I have found it very good for this kind of therapy; the music is smoothing and does not change tempo. It is there just as a back ground music. I myself, find it also beneficial during the treatment. You go from one track to another without realising it! James manages to transport you to a different world, you feel yourself swimming in the sea, or sitting on the beach gazing at the horizon, on a late warm afternoon... I think that this CD would be a very useful tool for meditation and to connect with dolphins. It does not have continual dolphin noises to distract you. I recommend it to anyone who needs to de-stress!
