With the exception of the Sleep Well CD, each CD comfortably leads you into hypnosis and then gently reawakens you. You return feeling relaxed and positive. With the Sleep Well CD there is no need to reawaken as it leads you into a deep sleep.

Originally from Massachusetts Cindy has always had an unquenchable thirst for understanding the mind and how it works and a strong desire to help individuals get the most out of theirs. This has led her into teaching Personal Development over the last 15 years. This knowledge aided by her strong intuitive skill and positive perspective is the foundation of her hypnotherapy practice. Cindy believes in life and very much so in people. She is able to concentrate her positive energy in her work believing that life should be lived.

David Eastoe is a Sound Therapist, composer and creative musician who runs a studio specializing in recordings for therapeutic use. Beautiful Future Studio has created a large number of tapes and CD's for therapists as well as 14 albums of David's music since 1987 and is one of the few facilities specializing in this field.

I really enjoyed this CD. It is 49 minutes long, with an easy-to-understand explanation at the beginning of the cd as to what hypnotherapy is, and it's nice to be reassured most strongly that you are in control throughout the process. I found Cindy's voice reassuring and calming, and though she has an American accent, it is gentle and not in any way grating or pushy as some might think. Obviously, each individual will experience this cd differently, due to the issue you wish to resolve, and my experience each time I listened to it was of being left with a very profound and deep relaxation, and wonderful sense of peace and connectedness to myself - my own wisdom. When I looked in the mirror afterwards, each time I felt I looked stronger and more complete. As for solving my problems, I wasn't aware of any sense of 'answer' during the hypnotherapy session itself, but instead came away feeling I no longer had a problem to be concerned with, and all would resolve and unfold as it 'should', without problem or need for worry. David Eastoe's music at the end is a wonderful surprise and leaves the listener gently eased back into ordinary life. I recommend this CD as a wonderful relaxation aid, and am sure that over time problems are solved, perhaps on a deeper consciousness level, however, I would warn that my experience was not one of receiving an instant answer from my Creative Resource - perhaps I am a little slow!
