This book should really be called 'Everything you need to know about Crystal Healing in an clear and concise format' because that is exactly what it is! If you are a beginner in understanding about crystals, how they work and how to use them, like me, I would heartily recommend this book as your starting point. If you are gaining experience working with crystals or have many years of experience I think this book would also be a very valuable resource. The book takes you through where crystals come from and why, how they are formed, how to choose them, clean them and store them, and of course how to use them for healing, but there is so much more. I especially liked the chapters on Kinesiology, dowsing and electromagnetic stress. Crystal Healing is an easy to use, to follow and to learn from, I'm certainly glad to have it to hand as I expand my knowledge of Crystal Healing.
