Bird Horus - Vitality, health, regeneration
Horus was the Egyptian solar and sky god who was usually shown as a falcon, or as a human with the head of a falcon. In Egyptian legend, he was the son of Isis and Osiris and is particularly associated with the properties of health, vitality and regeneration.

His eyes were represented by the sun and moon - the left was the sun and was black, and the right was white and the moon - but he lost his left eye (the moon) in a battle. The Eye of Horus has its own symbolic meaning, representing protection, clarity and wisdom.

Garnet - Balance, thirst for life
Garnet is a regal looking, often translucent crystal. Red garnet has a real depth of colour. If it were a little scarcer it would probably be a really expensive stone. It is a stone of health, physical strength and energy. It helps activate ones internal fire, ones charisma and thirst for life. Garnet is a good stone to wear or have around you when you wish for order and balance in your life. It is a stone of emotional warmth and commitment, often used to demonstrate this between couples.

Peter Stone Company - High quality jewellery manufacturer
Holisticshop.co.uk has been trading with Peter Stone Jewellery for many years now because we consistently find their products to be of a high quality. The Peter Stone Company purchases raw silver and produces their own true .925 sterling silver alloy in their own factory. All rings are cast to size and craftsmen cut and inlay each stone for a perfect fit. Every piece of jewellery created is hand polished not tumble polished. The gems they use are of excellent quality and the prices we have always found to be very competitive.

Peter Koslowski had been working on merchant ships since 1983 while living in Sri Lanka and was fortunate to be exposed to an abundance of precious stones and he began to purchase and trade them, as well as silver. During this period he also studied gemology and jewellery making in a number of countries. This then lead to the founding of the Peter Stone Company in 1992 in Bangkok, Thailand, where he still resides.
