There must be very few Western teachers of Tantra who can get it quite right. Tantra is an Eastern practice and Eastern teachers have always seemed to me to have that sensitivity, that natural approach that is so vital to something so difficult. Having said that, Leora Lightwoman and Roger Lichy have produced something very special with this DVD. Leora’s voice and carefully chosen language have produced something that is instructive but not cold and objective. She creates just the right tone; not too rational to be matter-of-fact yet not too demonstrative to be over-erotic. Everything explained and demonstrated is done tastefully. The prurient would be wasting their time buying this DVD. Those serious about sacred sexuality, however, will find it extremely helpful.

The material is arranged appropriately. There are sufficiently progressive steps to take one’s experience gradually up from the simple techniques to the more exploratory exercises. The background music is beautiful and enhances the visual material. There is a separate CD sold with the DVD that accompanies the work and can be played during one’s own Tantric work or simply for personal meditation. The lighting, the ambience, and the comfortable words chosen have worked together to create a masterpiece. It must have taken a lot of skill, ingenuity and courage to produce this DVD and I know that couples and individuals will be delighted with it. Tantra is still little known and little appreciated in this country. This DVD will certainly help to restore the balance. Well done Leora Lightwoman and Roger Lichy.
