I have always thought that Rune stones must be a particularly fascinating approach to divination, but had never had the nerve to try them for myself. The package that is offered here is very attractive, including a set of twenty-five pearly pink frosted glass stones, a drawstring bag to hold them, and a book to help the inquirer to interpret the stone that they have drawn. This book makes the Runes very easy to read. The person with an inquiry simply handles the stones within the bag, thinking of their question, and draws one out. Then they read the interpretation. Curiously, I found that the stone I wanted to always felt warmer than the others. The interpretations in the book are actually very helpful. The authors keep things positive, but they never shy away from the fact that someone is asking a question about something deeply important to them. The book also has introductory chapters, explaining the Runes in more detail, and ways to use the Runes in a more detailed way, - even as part of a couple, who are looking for answers about issues within their relationship.

These ARE Relationship Runes. The same symbols are inscribed upon the stones as will be found in other sets, but the authors ask readers to keep these for questions about their relationships, and the interpretations reflect that. The box describes these stones as 'a compass for the heart', which might sound a little fanciful, but should not put you off. I have asked my Relationship Runes various questions about a variety of people, and found them to be remarkably accurate.
