Also, if for some reason you're under pressure at present, doubting yourself and feeling the need for self-healing, a bit of 'me' time, you'll find the kit comprises everything necessary for a relaxing and safe experience of meditation. Doreen Virtue can reduce complex metaphysical ideas into something that can be grasped easily, always backing up what she says with references to scientific research. You finish reading her books or listening to a CD thinking you could practice whatever's been described, or at least feeling willing to give it a try. Her contribution has been, bless her, to provide a powerful reminder that it is our birthright to call on life for its assistance, no matter what the form. And the instructions given in the kit for calling on angels are simple and direct. The twelve cards respond well to questions asked, but understand these beings seem to respond by indicating the best course of action the individual can take - they are not much about prediction.
