CD & Crystal pack: DIANA COOPER - Archangel Michael

This pack comes in a little box which contains the CD, a piece of gold coloured silk, an amethyst and sodalite crystal and a small information book on Archangel Michael which I found very enlightening. The CD lasts about 45 minutes, 35 minutes being the meditation and 10 minutes at the end being a lovely piece of music associated with Archangel Michael himself. Without giving too much away, the meditation itself guides you on a journey through a blue orientated landscape to a blue temple where you meet with Archangel Michael and his twin flame Faith. I found it a very inspirational journey and one that was very easy to follow and understand without much effort (or the need to visualize so much you forget what you're supposed to be doing). Of the guided meditations I have done, this one has probably been the most moving and stimulating. I truly felt I was in the presence of this mighty Archangel as I experienced a wealth of emotions which made me feel so connected and loved that I was disappointed when the meditation came to an end. A nice touch at the end is that it provides you with the option to awaken or continue to relax and sleep, which I liked. I'm not sure what exactly, but there's definitely something about this CD. Very inspiring!
