This set is like opening a little treasure chest! The enclosed 7 page information booklet is a wealth of concise, straight forward information. It explains about our guardian angels, how to ask them for help for ourselves, and others too. It then goes on to explain about signs that are confirmation and messages, for us, from the angels. There is also a short section about writing to your guardian angel and receiving a reply, which is a lovely addition.

The pink shade of the enclosed silk cloth I found to be interesting from a colour therapy perspective, as my initial reaction to the shade wasn’t entirely positive – which indicated to me that I was lacking the vibrations of this colour. I found it handy to carry round the little patch for a while, as well as using it as instructed for the meditation. The crystals included in the pack are chrysoprase and jade, and they have been programmed and blessed by Diana, and there is also information in the booklet about cleansing your crystals.

The meditation lasts 40 minutes, with thorough preparations for meeting your guardian angel by working with gold light to increase your vibrations. I found Diane’s elongation of words a little distracting initially, but her voice has clarity which I appreciate and the background music is quite pleasant too, apart from what I thought was a thunderclap near to the end! During the meditation your angel is invited to draw close and touch your aura and together you go into a garden, during which time you can learn the name of your guardian angel and what it means.
