I did enjoy this CD. She is so down to earth in the way she communicates. And often very funny! Especially when she starts talking about dying and how everyone gets so hung up on the caskets they use, and how they can buy a waterproof casket. I like her overall tone as she doesn't get too carried away with herself; she is very real.

This double CD set is a live recording, and as such is edited with periodic short breaks throughout. This is skilfully done and the sound quality is better than many live recordings I have heard.

On the first disc Sylvia talks with humour and sincerity about Angels in a very matter of fact way and is very direct. She throughout uses everyday language and describes situations and relationships we can all identify with and learn from. During one of her accounts she gives the audience a vivid description of an Angel and later she graphically illustrates how an Angel saved her from serious injury or death. Sylvia always talks with the conviction of certain knowledge.

The second CD moves on and the audience is taken on a guided meditation, this is commendable given the circumstances of a large audience. This is followed by a very moving question and answer session, during which her caring compassionate nature and psychic ability are shown to the full. The CD is a perfect introduction to the uninitiated, and those of us who have some knowledge of the subject will find this recording refreshing and inspiring. I have no hesitation in recommending Angels and Spirit Guides to those interested in the subject of Angels.
