CD: MARIANNE WILLIAMSON - Manifesting Abundance
Review (last 5 for this product, read more)

By John Healey View ProfileA few years ago I was at a seminar given by a spiritual teacher who said, in a leading and controversial statement, ( well, he was a leading and controversial spiritual teacher,)that the Course in Miracles was one of the few genuinely channelled spiritual teachings. In the four talks that make up this excellent audio programme from Hay House Marianne Williamson, speaking in a breathless Texan drawl, but talking with such street-savvy eloquence, reveals what the daily living of the course teaches about manifestation. The idea of manifesting anything, never mind abundance, can
sound weird or magical when you first hear of it. Yet as these talks show,it is an inner psychic reality completely separate from rational thought, with no 'magical thinking,' (this is a term used in psychiatry to denote a
symptom of delusion,) present whatsoever. Manifesting requires a real, not imagined connection to non-locality. It requires simplicity and emotional detachment - it's absolutely not for space cadets. So if you are thinking of buying this because there's something you want, something you really, really want and you're looking for extra help to make it happen, then I'd suggest getting Manifesting with the Angels by Doreen Virtue with the same order you place at Holisticshop. Why? Because the Doreen Virtue CD describes the four main aspects of manifestation, and being made aware of them at the start is going to satisfy the minds need to know how miracles are done. This will make you an attentive listener for what Marianne Williamson has to impart about love and the impersonal nature existing at the heart of the issue. Really hearing this brings inevitable change. Just don't be put off after pressing the play button by what sounds at the beginning like a bootleg of a Christian fundamentalist......more
