The Journey
Review (last 5 for this product, read more)

By Sophie Elena View ProfileAs the sub-title expresses, 'an extraordinary guide for healing your life and setting yourself free'. I couldn't agree more - this book is wonderful - entertaining, easy-to-read and stimulating. The chapters are short, which allows time for the reader to absorb what is coming up as you take in new ideas, or, as I found, confirm thoughts and feelings that were lurking somewhere deep inside, but which I hadn't been able, or willing, to draw fully upon. I found it really hard to put this book down, but work dictated that I had to, but I couldn't wait for my lunch-hour to dip into it again. To fully benefit from this book, and in order to complete your own journeying exercises at the end of the book, you will need to either purchase the two accompanying tapes (where Brandon will take you through the exercises) or as Brandon suggests, lend the book to someone you trust who can read it through, understand where you are and what the process involves, and is then willing to read the scripts in the 'Tools' section of the book and enable you to journey to your own soul and seek your wisdom and healing. If that person is willing, you can then swap roles and help them journey. You will need approx. 2 hours for the journeying. I have no doubt you will find this book a wonderful investment, and the website link at the back also provides information of workshops, retreats and trainer courses which you can undertake if you wish.
