These aromatherapy massage oils are a blend of pure cold pressed vegetable oil with added 100% pure essential oils to make a blend that is the ideal concentration, ready for use in massage. Place a small amount of the oil in the palm of your hand, rub your hands together and then place them on the area to be massaged.

We say: Cedarwood is an oil that is excellent for stilling the mind and geranium is great for relieving nervous tension.

This may not be everyone's obvious choice for a relaxing oil blend. But I am probably not the best to judge as I am not a great fan of geranium, but many people love it. The blend is aimed at relieving the tensions of typical modern living that often leave our minds still buzzing and our bodies carrying tensions from the day's events.
