These aromatherapy massage oils are a blend of pure cold pressed vegetable oil with added 100% pure essential oils to make a blend that is the ideal concentration, ready for use in massage. Place a small amount of the oil in the palm of your hand, rub your hands together and then place them on the area to be massaged.

We say: Cedarwood is an oil that is excellent for stilling the mind and geranium is great for relieving nervous tension.

This may not be everyone's obvious choice for a relaxing oil blend. But I am probably not the best to judge as I am not a great fan of geranium, but many people love it.
