What if a product is missing when I receive my order?

Should any items be missing from your parcel when it arrives, or say you ordered 2 of something and you only got 1, then please notify us by email on admin@holisticshop.co.uk or call us on 01953 456897 saying what is missing and we will get onto it straight away.

We try always to pick our parcels, and they are checked more than once before being sent, but if we make a mistake we will apologise and sort it out asap.
